I should really know better, but I've started another D&D campaign. While I continue to play a heroic imbecile (Scarlett Knight) in one session, and a bloodthirsty beefcake (Rott) in another, I still have time to live my own life. Well, not anymore. I'm taking on Carmilla Rose, a dhampir witch, and I've already fallen in love with her, background and all. Or, I should say, background and that's all. We haven't actually begun playing this campaign yet.
So you might have guessed from the heartache I've bled into the title, but I recently came back from the two hours and forty minutes of unadulterated devastation that is Avengers: Infinity War. I won't say I didn't spend most of that time laughing and smiling, because that would be a lie. It's a hilarious movie, and it isn't even sad, not really. It's just devastating.
Hello! As you can see, this is the very first post in the journal. This is the post that should leave a lot to be anticipated for future journals, so let me just say, expect writing exercises, art, movie/book reviews, excerpts from my books, teaser comics, character introductions, character sketches and lots more I haven't thought up yet!
And, just for your trouble having come all this way to read promises yet to be completed, let me leave you with a little messy fanart of one of my favourite Marvel characters. I've been sitting on this since before the first movie came out, and no, I'm not talking about X-Men Origins (thank you so much, Ryan Reynolds, you're a blessing to us all).
